Indian Head Massage is a deeply calming treatment that focuses on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp, and face—areas where we often hold tension without even realising. Performed while you’re comfortably seated in a massage chair and fully clothed. It’s particularly beneficial for relieving headaches, stiff necks, tight shoulders and mental fatigue.
